and copies of previous visas – at least 2 blank pages must be present in your
passport.

Insurance that confirms a minimum amount of €30,000.

Cover the letter that states the purpose of your visit and the itinerary.

tickets – stating dates, the point of entry, and exit.

of accommodation

of civil status – birth certificate.

Bank
statement – a minimum balance of €3000 over the last 6 months has to be shown
in the statement. When you cannot meet this requirement, you can show a family
member’s/guardian’s statement instead, with an accompanying letter stating that
they are sponsoring your travel.

Significant Aspects to Keep in Mind During Your Visa
Interview
Attend the interview in person and
carry the filled-out application form and other necessary documents with you at
the scheduled time. BPVS will help you in booking a date for your interview.
During the interview, you will be asked about your trip and its purpose so
be sure of having everything in place. You can pay the fees which would be
rough of INR 6000 once the visa application form is checked by the officials.
The payment of fees can either be made through cash or card. The fee is
non-refundable. It takes approximately 10 - 15 working days to process for a
Schengen Visa.
